Young First Nations man living with disabilities recently housed after chornic homelessness
The client is a Young First Nations man who lives with mental ill health disabilities. The client has been chronically homeless for several years after a death in his immediate family which impacted him significantly. Our organisation has supported the client to gain permanent and stable housing and we are in the process of assisting him to make his house a home. The client is looking forward to better days in a safe, warn home with wrap around supports to ensure his wellbeing and safety.
