Single mother surviving breast cancer with two school children and cares for her mother ,property damage in 13th Feb Storm

This young mother who is currently in remission from breast cancer, unfortunately has found more lumps which she is seeking medical advise. This single mother has two teenage children, one daughter is going through VCE , but suffers chronic pain condition and is finding it hard to go to school. Also, she is the carer for her ill mother.
This single mother is doing it hard to find the finances to pay for food and fuel, as she needs to drive to her mothers house most days to assist her .. On the13th February the property roof was damage due to the storm, but had no insurance and no health cover for the ongoing medical conditions for herself and daughter. Also, after the storm her freezer box was damage and she cannot afford to buy another one, this freezer was a great resource for her as she would make pre dinners and freeze them, but she can no longer to do that, which cost more money for food.
