Bravehearts need laptops, iPads and Apple pencils for therapists providing sexual assault counselling
Bravehearts provides holistic world-class child protection training and education initiatives; specialist child sexual assault counselling; therapy for young people with harmful sexual behaviours, case management, child advocacy and support services; anonymous reporting schemes; as well as research and reform campaigns all aimed to prevent child sexual assault and exploitation in our society. Bravehearts is Australia's leading child protection organisatin.
Australia-wide, it's difficult for sure to know how many children are sexually abused, but best estimates put it at roughly 8% of boys and 20% of girls (source).
In order to provide more online therapeutic services, Bravehearts urgently need a number of technology upgrades. These items are absolutely crucial to ensure Bravehearts can continue supporting kids and teenagers in time of need.
