The clients house was completely destroyed in the bushfires and they lost everything.

The clients house was completely destroyed in the bushfires and they lost everything. Unfortunately, they were not insured, and for them, recovery has been a slow process. After a lot of hard work by a lot of people, the clients will soon be living in a new transportable home, on their own property. This home, however, is only temporary until their house is rebuilt. They still require many items to set themselves up over the winter months. These items are essential to ensure that they have all they need to survive the winter where they live, which can be particularly harsh.
