Aboriginal adults sexually abused in educational institutions.
Our team works with male and female Aboriginal clients. Most of the clients have issues associated with poverty and including conditions similar to third world, sub-standard housing, poor environmental conditions, unpaid electricity accounts (in the warmer weather), low educational standards (many clients over the age of 50 cannot read or write. Our program provides a wrap around service, and referral to other services who can assist, where we can not. Client services are followed up, so care is continuously provided and clients do not fall thru cracks or gaps. We have many requests for assistance from Traditional Owners who are hungry.
