Farmer loss of livestock fencing farm buildings

Resident leases two farms from his father for many years (15+) , who has retired.

The two farms are run together as one business.
They breed our cattle on the large farm and fatten the steers on the smaller property, then on sell them.
The bush fires totally burnt the smaller farm, causing stock loss ,The cattle loss for this directly from the fires was $4800 .The resident has been trying to submit funding grants and access support but finds it difficult as he has to do it on his tablet and is unable to afford a lap top .
