Cot and mattress

Pregnant young person who is no longer experiencing homelessness.

The items are for a 17 year old young person who is due to give birth at the end of December. We have helped secured stable housing for them but are hoping for support accessing baby items. The young person got her license this year and she is saving to buy her own car.
She left home because of family conflict and a history of violence.
This YP is very organised and motivated to be a good mum and to go back and complete studies in nursing later next year. She has been extremely engaged in our program and I have every faith in her resilience and willingness to create a better life for her and her child.
The items we are hoping to have donated are a pram, change table, cot, car-seat, nappies, baby clothes, bibs & wraps.
