My client is a single mother with three kids . My client had been been experiencing DV. My client had to moved house few times due to safety isues which has caused financial difficulties. My client is not bale to work as she is the sole carer of under age school child. My client is not eligible for childcare rebate due to her visa situation. My client is not eligible for concession cards due to visa situation. My client is living in private rental property and paying full rent. My client's children could not participate in home schooling during COVID lock down as they did not have IT equipment.
