11 year old Girl Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
This lovely young girl has been significantly unwell & consequently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Unfortunately she has been removed from her parents care due to neglect and now resides with her frail aged Grandmother who has significant mobility issues. Due to financial stress and restricted physical abilities of her Grandmother it is difficult for her to exercise outside of the home. A trampoline would be a great resource and benefit to her physical and mental health.
Due to infection control/COVID-19 only new items can be donated.
