Single mother with 3 special needs children has fled domestic violence situation

Single mother recently fled domestic violence situation with 3 special needs children and trying to set up a new, safe home. The family needs one single bed (mattress not required), one queen bed (mattress not required) and 2 pedestal fans as the home is not air conditioned and the ceiling fans are not working. Landlord is unwilling to fix these fans and it is important that the children do not overheat due to their special needs.
