Keeping our Elders engaged with decision making in our organisation
COVID has made it much more difficult for our senior Board members to stay up to date without access to computers or devices to keep them involved in decision-making.
Our organisation would like to appeal for iPads, which our Directors can use whilst they maintain their Directorship. The iPads will be loaded with emails, zoom and relevant apps to allow them to view all correspondence and reply to email requests. This will ensure that our Elders are able to fully engage in the governance of the organisations.
Our Elders continuous support and leadership is not only honouring our cultural protocols, but also respecting and honouring our past Elders.
