A transitioning transgender male who has just moved from a hostel to a department housing for 3 months

He will not go outside home without a support person. He lived in hostel for 6 years until this year March. He is deskilled from living in hostel for 6 years and has only been living in public housing for three months. He has no friend and family in Brisbane. He uses social media to stay connected with people. He has a computer box at home however he does not have a monitor. He is also keen to use a computer to learn some video editing skills.
