Female asylum seeker requring laptop to contiue studies

Lady that is seeking asylum in Brisbane who is currently unemployed and reliant on Emergency relief. The client is working with our service to upskill and find employment and has enrolled in a Diploma of Childcare. At current a component of this course in online due to Covid and the client has been using her mobile phone to do course work which is proving difficult.
The client can sometimes access the library to use the computers but Covid is also limiting the availability of computer access, and if restrictions were increased again the libraries may close.
Having access to her own laptop would allow her to continue with the course as well as be able to look for work after completion.
The client does not have any income at current and can not afford to purchase her own laptop.
