Our community Hall committee is co ordination a fundraiser event in Glen Innes for the local fundraiser eve

Following the recent successes of a university fundraiser project our Community Hall Committee have volunteers to run one in Glen Innes for the local "booth" which was opened last July in response identified need in the community for a safe secure central facility for young people to attend after school .There was documented health issues including suicides and the Booth was determined a positive project for the community. Its special project funding has been impacted dramatically by Codiv-19 and as the centre is used by young people from surrounding areas including Deepwater our Committee decided to show our support by coordinating the fundraiser event involving 60 volunteers. These volunteers will cover a wide demographic particularly from low social economic families particularly impacted by job losses due to Codiv-19. The support for the fundraiser has been fabulous and we .hope to show our appreciation with a GIVIT voucher. This will give tremendous help
