Client was affected by the 2020 bushfires. they burnt to her back door. the heat affected her house and paint. Heat buckled the tin roof. while she vacated rodents moved in and ate the wiring. she has had arcing wires removed but cannot afford to replace the wiring. only three PowerPoints work. The house leaks badly . The wood heater no longer works. the flu has been cleaned and the unit has been examined but it is not fixable. client has no heating.
client has huge bills owing and is slowly working her way through them. the house was not insured as she could not afford it.
client has ongoing mental health problems which have worsened due to the recent trauma.
the request is for a wood heater and flue to be installed.
