Family and Child Connect can help with a range of family and parenting challenges. We’ll talk with you about your situation and work out the type of support you might find helpful.

We can connect you to local services that can help with:

managing your child’s behaviour (e.g. skipping school, running away from home, homework, tantrums)
building better family relationships
stopping any violence at home
budgeting and managing money
alcohol, drug or gambling problems
housing, health care or access to other community or government services.
You can use this service as often as you need. There is no limit and no cost.

ACT StandBy Response Service - Support Link Australia Ltd

Specialising in Suicide Bereavement. The StandBy Response Service is a community-based postvention program that provides a coordinated response of support and assistance for people who have been bereaved through suicide.
The StandBy Response Service provides an immediate response to people bereaved by suicide via a locally based 24-hour response telephone number. People can receive face-to-face support provided by skilled StandBy response team members, and referral to a centrally coordinated system of local support services matched to their needs.
StandBy supports people in response to a local immediate suicide loss, a suicide which occurs elsewhere but affects local people, or when a suicide loss continues to affect people within the StandBy response area. StandBy also responds to school settings, workplaces, community groups and other types of multiple bereavement experiences.
