Residential home for 12-22 year olds requiring support to manage their needs before independence

The residential home offers support for 12-22 year olds for up to 3 months whilst on a 12 week program focused around their experiences with alcohol and drug misuse. The home is slowly having renovations to improve the facilities for the young people, and the staff are working with them to redecorate. A warm, welcoming environment with sufficient modern furniture and resources will support staffs efforts to better their outcomes and offer them better chances of recovery. This environment is key, as the organization offers a holistic program to best support their needs including their Mental Health and physical health needs. We want to offer a safe space for young people to be able to focus on themselves and their own needs in the hope that following leaving the program, they will have aspirations that can lead to positive outcomes and opportunities for them.
