A family of four with the mother being the family's primary caregiver. Struggling financially and with suspected mental health needs. There is a history of sexual abuse, and the children are reported to self-harm. The family are also experiencing some housing conditions which are impacting the family's health and social factors like isolation and relationships. Mum has a significant mental health issue, which is affecting the children's school attendance, which also makes mum struggle as she identifies that she wants the children to be able to attend school and not be affected by her mental health challenges.
