Client has been struggling with her mental and physical health since her husband's passing. Not entitled to Centrelink support due to not being a citizen. Ended up homeless for a period but has now managed to secure housing. She has had to take time off work due to illness causing financial hardship putting her at risk of homelessness again. Needs a new mobile so that she can connect with support services and look for work.
