Water came in from the ceiling in multiple areas of the house. Flooded linen cupboard and inside of home is damp. Mould is now growing on the mattress, pillows and all linen. Resident is in a wheelchair and suffers from chronic pain and illness. She has allergies and requires low allergenic products.
