Christmas 2025
After years of homelessness, an Aboriginal family of six has finally secured stable housing. It’s a new beginning — but life is still precarious. Dad is looking for work, and every dollar goes toward keeping the kids safe and settled. Now their washing machine has broken beyond repair. With two young children (five and seven) and a full household in a small three-bedroom home, clean clothes aren’t a luxury — they’re essential for school, dignity, and wellbeing.

A working washing machine would lift a huge weight off this family’s shoulders and help them maintain the stability they’ve fought so hard to build.

Food vouchers would provide some extra support; every day is a struggle to make sure the kids have enough good food to eat and at Christmas they'd love to have the basics met.
