This lady is fostering a 10 year old boy who was severely neglected. The child has ASD and mental health issues. The child was only attending school 40% prior to being in foster care. He was non verbal except when at home however now that he is attending school daily he is starting to interact at school for the first time. This lady receives the family tax benefit and DOCS payment fortnightly. She needs help to provide a laptop for her foster child's schooling.
UPDATE: 28.11.2024 - This woman has endured significant trauma through out her own life and now she is giving back. She brings her beautiful Foster child to see us every Friday. If this woman didn't take the child when DOCs came calling on her neighbour, she would not have him as her beautiful son now. This young man is going to school next year and she needs a laptop for his schooling requirements.
