A 23-year-old woman, newly arrived in Australia on a refugee visa, is determined to improve her English and build a future. She uses a wheelchair and has very limited support, making transport a major barrier to attending in-person classes. Her only option is online learning, but she cannot afford a laptop and does not receive NDIS funding. Access to a laptop would empower her to resume language classes, reduce isolation, and take a vital step toward independence and community integration.
