Client is a single mother and a domestic violence survivor. After being kicked out of her family home with her daughter, she has been trying to get back on her feet.
She has ceased work after a major car crash, leaving her with constant pain and medical issues. specialist appointments are burning holes through saras pockets on top of bills, rent and the cost of living, it has become almost impossible for her to afford a new fridge after hers began leaking.
She has to place towels under her fridge daily and is often mopping up water from her fridge. Milk and left overs often get spoilt which does not help her situation.
