Grandmother has taken on fulltime care of 16yo grandson due to his complex behaviour

Nan is the primary caregiver of 16yo grandson due to his high behaviour and support needs. Mum was unable to continue caring for him due to him becoming aggressive and unsafe for his little sister in the home. Grandson is diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, depression and ASD level 2. Grandson is doing well in nans care however it is impacting on the family's functioning and their financial capacity due to grandsons needs, nan is supporting grandson to stay in school and attend his appointments. Grandson has just commenced work which is amazing as they did not think he would have the capacity too. Nan is trying to guide grandson with finding alternate activities to gaming to increase his independence and life skills.
