Father and son face mould issues, health problems and financial

Father explains his son has functionality issues. Son owns the property. They have an ongoing problem with mould because the water from every rain pools under the house and has no run off access, the house is very low set.
Father is experiencing lung problems and breathlessness from the ongoing mould. Son is also beginning to have coughing and lung congestion. Advised to treat the walls and flooring with mould treatment and covering the floor with lino to try and inhibit the mould rising. Now the washing machine has stopped working and the dad has to carry the washing to the laundromat - he doesn't drive
