Has previously been in a unhealthy relationship where he was subjected to financial and emotional abuse. Client has significant health and mental health concerns.
He has been homeless since Aug 24, until being admitted to hospital due to stroke in Feb 24. Client has remained in hospital after completing rehab, awaiting discharge into safe housing.
Client has been offered housing, but has no whitegood, furniture, kitchen appliance, bed or bedding etc.
Clietn is needing to start from scratch and is only on a centrelink income.
