This mother of six—several with additional needs, including one child with complex medical requirements— is working tirelessly to keep her family safe while escaping a domestic and family violence relationship. Over the past year she has also faced the heartbreaking loss of a baby at birth, all while striving to maintain stability and emotional safety for her children.
The family is currently awaiting safe housing, and Mum continues to show remarkable strength and commitment in meeting her children’s needs despite significant trauma and ongoing safety concerns.
With Christmas approaching, the financial strain on the family is immense. This time of year can be especially difficult for families rebuilding their lives. We are hoping to offer as much support as possible so this deserving family feels cared for and supported during the holiday season.
