We are a not-for-profit organisation in Victoria providing services to children, young people, individuals and families, to empower them to reach their full potential. Our goal is to empower those in need by offering a helping hand and a path towards a brighter future. We believe that every person deserves the chance to lead a fulfilling life, and we provide the tools and resources necessary to make that happen.
We provide homelessness support to youth, adults and families through a variety of programs including Homelessness Case Management, Homes First (Intensive Case Management), Education First Youth Foyer, Fostering Independence Program, Homelessness Youth Support, Creating Connections, Families and Children's programs, youth residential homes just to name a few.
We would greatly appreciate the support at Christmas time to provide to those most vulnerable in the communities we support.
