We are currently working with a 17 year old first time mother who has a 1 week old baby. This young mother has endured significant domestic violence from her partner/ father of baby. Prior to baby being born she escaped the relationship with the hope that she can be the best mum she can be and build a happy and safe life for her and her baby. Mum has taken on being a single parent with very little support. Socially she is quite isolated.
We are seeking any assistance to purchase a few items for baby including a steriliser and some bottles, any help is much appreciated.
