Client was primary carer for both elderly parents with dementia who are now in aged care. she has lost carer income for both, and surviving on centrelink in dilapidated house, affected by flooding, no functional toilet, no car, does not have enough money for food, bills, and now has to get some dental work done. Client feels is in extreme hardship and would appreciate any funds to assist her life and wellbeing. Needs a functional phone to access urgent emails from healthcare professionals and to be able to contact her parents in the aged care facility.
