Single mother impacted by Family Violence has finally secured private housing after a period of insecure housing. Mother and child are excited to celebrate Christmas together in their new home, free from violence. Due to an extensive period of FV, mother is struggling to purchase gifts, decorations and food to celebrate Christmas. Mother and child love gardening together and find this activity important to their healing and recovery. Mother would love to purchase plants and gardening tools as Christmas gifts. She has never accessed welfare or FV support and is only now reaching out for help. A Bunnings voucher would assist her to purchase gifts and decorations, which would then free up income to purchase food.
