GIVIT
This single mother of three children is in a private rental, she receives the Family Tax Benefit payment from Centrelink but the funds are insufficient for her to pay rent, provide the children with adequate basic needs and purchase a new washing machine. She borrows a friends car to get the children to and from school. This young mother is finding it very difficult to wash the children's school uniforms by hand and is looking for support to purchase a new washing machine. This woman has limited access to digital technology so she is finding it hard to apply for work. Any support we can offer this woman to allow her to get into the workforce to change her situation would be wonderful.
