Christmas Appeal for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who have not been attending or engaging in school
Our program is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students who have not been attending or engaging in school. We focus on transitions and personalised learning plans, providing case management support for students and their families to engage in education. When exploring options to increase student success we work directly with the student, the family, the school, and the community. We work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and other community organisations to meet the students’ needs. These family live with generational trauma, economical hardship, health issues, etc.
