Young man with mental illness wanting to study and stay in contact. Recent victim of a break and enter and had items stolen

I work with a young man who has struggled with a debilitating mental illness. He has managed to get himself set up in a permanent accommodation and with furniture but we are now looking for a mobile so we can start to look for work and re-connect with family. He was originally provided with a phone and unfortunately in the last month he has had this go missing during a break-in at his unit.
