We have a young patient with Cystic Fibrosis. This patient will need to be spending intensive time in and out of treatment over the coming months. This includes many trips to and from treatment, sometimes as often as two a day. This young person and their family are experiencing high levels of financial hardship and need your support with fuel vouchers to help them attend these appointments, vouchers for medical equipment, vouchers for groceries and clothes which are currently in short supply at home, etc. This treatment could mean big things for our patient but we need your help to ensure that they are able to access this care. Any support you can provide will make such a huge difference!
