The male is now a carer for the female, who during the second flood had 4 seizures (strokes), and whilst her sight has returned she requires psychological rehabilitation. They were living in a caravan. In between caring for the female, male is fixing up the place. The female has application in for NDIS. She has 2 appointments per week in a nearby town. Now they are living in their car. Each appointment costs $50 for a return trip in fuel.
