Rurally isolated mid-aged woman impacted by Black Summer Fires and COVID-19

Lovely lady in her mid-fifties, impacted by the Black Summer Bushfires and COVID-related issues. She lives in a remote rural region and is isolated from family.
Due to the remoteness of her property, she relies on communication mostly using an old PC and mobile when reception is good. Her old PC was compromised from all the ash and smoke when her property was impacted by bushfires. She relies heavily on her laptop for communication with family, and suffers from the impacts of social isolation when unable to connect.

Isolation and lack of a reliable PC became especially evident during all the Victorian lockdowns. COVID restrictions restricted the ability to connect with family as travel was nonexistent but it also impacted her means of alternative income. This left her feeling further isolated with the added stress of keeping up with her basic bills and unable to afford a replacement PC. The ongoing pandemic continues to impact her mental health and ability to recover.
