Children and families from a local Mooroopna primary school who have been impacted by the floods
Our organisation has identified six families who attend a small Primary School in the town of Mooroopna that have been heavily impacted by the 2022 flooding in Shepparton, Mooroopna and surrounds.
These families include eight children that attend primary school and 4 younger siblings, and one new born baby.
All are facing challenges with finding temporary housing, providing food and essentials and fuel for vehicles. This Christmas we want to support these families directly as they concentrate on recovering from the trauma of the flood by providing gifts and essentials to ease the daily pressure they are facing.
