Client is struggling to keep up with cost of living and is suffering from depression and becoming increasingly isolated. She cannot afford fuel for her car, having to limit her driving to taking her children to school and is not able to visit the Centre or other social opportunities as much as she needs. The COVID19 pandemic has affected her by increasing her isolation and risks her health to attend appointments. She also has health complications and is taking a range of medications to manage her pain. Some of these medications are not covered under PBS and the cost is making it hard to for her to manage. She frequently goes without to provide for her children. She does not want them to worry about her and wants them to focus on their studies, so she has been hiding the extent of her pain and this is becoming increasingly difficult. Her ex-husband continues to speak badly of her and threaten her although he no longer lives with them. All this is taking a toll on her mental health
