Family of 5 flood effected
This family of five Mother, Father and three children aged 7, 8 and 14 suffered severe flood damage to their home in the October floods, resulting in losing all of their furniture except their washing machine.
The family had significant loss of income as the mother and father were unable to work for two weeks. This has caused financial hardship in combination with the costs of replacing lost items/furnishings in the household's repaired home. The bathroom and kitchen need to be replaced along with furniture, bedding and tools
