Linen and bedding for vulnerable young children living in disadvantage
The core focus of our organisation is to help vulnerable children in need. We support new born through to 18 years of age, with the highest percentage of children we support in the 0-3 years age bracket.
We provide essential baby, child, teen and homewares items to children and their parents/care givers. These may be women and children fleeing domestic violence, families who are suffering severe financial hardship, indigenous communities, parents who are overcoming substance abuse and children who require support after being placed into foster care.
We are currently seeking cot mattress protectors to provide to babies and young children. We put together linen packs with sheets, blankets, mattress protectors and a snuggly soft toy for them to cuddle. A box of fresh bed linen can help a child to have a cozy place to sleep at night and help them feel comforted and cared for.
