28-year-old woman living with an intellectual and learning disability seeking a laptop to undertake her studies
She is currently working part-time, however is struggling to make ends meet. She expressed that she has never had her own device before nor has she had the capacity to afford her own. She really wants to study so that she can gain longer-term and better paying employment than her current situation. She also wants to join classes to better her reading and writing, there are some that are free online that she would like to join.
