For single women and children experiencing homelessness and financial hardship due to escaping family violence
Our service supports single women and children experiencing homelessness due to having to flee family violence. Often women leave with very little belongings and are experiencing financial hardship, struggling to provide for their families. This can make Christmas time difficult and stressful for many families, especially after everything expirenced throughout the COVID pandemic in Victoria. Vouchers would help to relieve the financial burden and put presents and food on the table during Christmas time. It is important that the children still enjoy Christmas and feel loved, especially after experiencing hardship and trauma.
