Single parent of 3 young children, needs your support with items essential for a family
We are working with a single mother of 3 young children who are experiencing severe financial hardship.
After being impacted by the flooding event in Feb/Mar 2022 when water damaged a lot of property throughout the house. This mother has replaced most items but is asking for assistance with 2 key items to assist with their recovery.
She is unable to work at the moment and is not able to afford to buy these essential items for her family and so has reached out to our service for help. This mothers mental health is being affected negatively and she is struggling due to this as well.
We are able to support this family with food, blankets and linen but are hoping a wonderful community member could assist with the toddler bed and the washing machine.
We are unable to deliver the item to the mother ourselves and are therefore requesting the donation of funds/vouchers so we can arrange delivery from the store.
Any help would be so greatly appreciated by this family.
