Fuel voucher - $50
COVID-19 has significantly impacted many of the people we support through our Emergency Relief centre in Port Adelaide. On top of this, we are seeing many new clients requesting support due to increasing rent, housing prices and general cost of living.
All recipients receiving emergency assistance through our organisation take part in financial counselling with our qualified team members to help prevent further financial hardship.
We are seeking fuel vouchers (from any SA retailer) to provide to our diverse clients, who often have to juggle the cost of rent, bills and other essential items on a daily basis.
Fuel is an essential to ensure they can drive to their workplace (and maintain employment), attend vital medical appointments, and ensure children attend school. It is also a necessity for those who have been forced to sleep in, and live out of their car.
