Daughter with older mum trying to recover from flooding in their home after having to relocated for 2 weeks
Daughter and her older mum both on pensions who live together were affected when flood water inundated the bottom half of their home. They have returned 2 weeks later to now deal with the cleanup and have little funds left after emergency accommodation could not be done for them due to Covid pressures and they were left to pay for motel accommodation for 2 weeks, completely breaking the budget. Needing basic assistance of Cleaning products and groceries to restock the fridge and cupboard.
