Young adolescent with serious mental health issues requiring computer/internet to be able to access distance education

Current situation for this family:

- A student that is enrolled a local high school, has never attended and has not left the house in over a year
- Calls were made to his mother to check on his welfare and attempt to link in with home schooling options. His mother provided details of current circumstances
- On a waiting list for a diagnosis so able to get funding
- Six children to a single mother, four boys are still at home and none of them are currently engaged in schooling
- One of the boys has a brain tumour, two of the boys have intellectual disabilities and the other has serious mental health concerns
- Mother states home schooling is the best option for her sons but it won't work because they don't own a computer or have internet at home
- Mother states that even if they did have a computer at home she wouldn't know how to use it as has never been taught
