I am a Support Coordinator for a gentleman.
Client utilised NDIS services daily in order to participate in community like you and I.
He recently has had to relocate from his unit where he experienced trauma that was inflicted on him by others in his unit block.
His real-estate worked tirelessly to find him alternate accommodation as he is a wonderful tenant who makes anyone smile even on their worst day.
He however used his friendly neighbours washing machine as he could never afford one. Now that he is moving he wont have access to a washing machine nor can he afford to wash his clothes and a laundromat.
He struggles with mental health, depression, isolation and anxiety. Having access to a washing machine will help allow him to dignity to keep his clothes clean and to have a sense of independency within his new home.
