Single Dad with a Disability impacted by Storm and 3G switch over - Let's get him a operational phone for Christmas!
This single Dad reliant on phone for medical and parental reasons, impacted by the 3G switch over and not eligible for the Telstra phone replacement scheme. Uses a pre-paid sim card and can't afford the most basic of phone.
Resident was impacted by the storm Feb 2024, still has unaddressed roof damage due to financial strain, is on DSP and unable to work due to workplace disability. He has budgeted to the maximum, utilises relief scheme and cut back on utility use. With school fees and council rates and upcoming Christmas expenses he can't afford to purchase a new phone until mid-January 2025.
Let's make his Christmas and provide a voucher to cover the cost. Thank-you!
